Description:   The Promotion Party Committee will seek 8th Grade Parents to join the fun in creating an exciting and memorable event for the Class of 2011.
 
8th Grade Promotion Party - 7th Grade Chaperone's

Description:   It's a Tradition for the 7th Grade parents to chaperone this event. Next year your child will be moving on and will need other parents to chaperone his/her activities. Please help the Class of 2011 enjoy the celebration! Volunteer TODAY!
 
BAC - Budget Awareness Committee

Description:   Work with other district schools to communicate the facts to the parents and encourage voters to get out and VOTE!
 
Basket/Donation Coordinator

Description:   Basket/Donation Coordinator: Volunteers needed to help solicit donations or make direct donations of raffle items for Fall Dinner and Military Bridge Fundraisers.
 
BOE Representative

Description:   Liaison to the Board of Education. Attend monthly BOE Meetings and report information at the EMS monthly PTO Meetings.
 
Book Fair
Chair:   Janet Crocamo, Michelle Kowal, Anne Marie Voglino
Description:   September 14-17th. Help is needed to set-up (9/13), pack-up and sell to students and parents. The Book Fair is held during school hours and during Back to School Nights.
 
Box Tops for Education
Chair:   Susan Valenti
Description:   Collect and submit Box Tops periodically throughout the school year to obtain fundraising monies for EMS.
 
Coordinating Council Representative

Description:   Liaison to the Coordinating Council. Attend CC Meetings and report at the EMS monthly PTO Meetings. Assist in running the Coordinating Council fundraising event.
 
Cultural

Description:   Researches and schedules cultural events for students.
 
Economy Shop

Description:   Parents volunteer for shifts at the Economy Shop. All profits from the Economy Shop get distributed between all 5 district schools based on volunteer participation. Please HELP EMS raise funds by volunteering for a shift.

Description:   Eisenhower Service Project - Coordinate volunteer opportunities available to students. Each student is encouraged to complete 15 hours of community service each school year.
 
ESP Senior's Pasta Dinner

Description:   Tuesday, April 26, 2011. Students prepare and serve the food, set-up, clean-up, entertain, create decorations and favors for the senior citizens of Wyckoff. Parent Volunteers are needed to help.
 
Faculty Representative

Description:   Faculty Representative coordinates monthly student team presentations to the PTO membership and attends monthly meetings to report on curriculum happenings.
 
Fall Dinner

Gym Suits/Spiritwear

Description:   Coordinate the sale and distribution of the Eisenhower gym suits and Spiritwear. Volunteers are also needed to help with the sale.

Description:   Order a variety of products through the fundraising event catalog. Distribution on Friday, November 12, 2010. Volunteers are needed to help on distribution day.

Military Bridge

Description:   Thursday, March 3, 2011 - Fundraising event, this is a Fun Night of Cards! Volunteers are needed to set-up, clean-up, donate a basket, sell raffle tickets, run prize baskets and provide refreshments.
 
Ramapo High School Representative
